My family has been living at our location for over 3 years. We just asked to renew our lease a few months ago. As we were going through the house to see what needs to be fixed and repaired, my wife and I admitted that a few things is our responsibility. Other things I feel should be our LL. I have been contacted by a collection agency for a debt owed. The amount owed is $226, they say they will only accept payment in full, or 2 payments of $114.33. My question is this, if I am willing to pay this, but can only make small weekly payments, are they required to accept them? What do I do if they refuse my payments that I am able to make.

I was at work and there were two people in my home without my consent and one of them had a warrant, and the other person answered the door and allowed cops to come inside without a warrant and found guy with warrant in my bedroom. They then said they found drug paraphernalia in plain view. They arrested me later in the week and charged me with paraphernalia. What rights did cops have and what should I do? I donot plan to plead guilty for this charge. Please help.
