I was informed of trustee sale to take place 06/2008 on my home in Florence, AZ. My Husband and I decided it was best to vacate the home with our family before the sale. We filed Chapter 7 Bankruptcy in 2011 and included the home and HOA. We received a letter from an attorney, suing us for HOA dues, post bankruptcy. Wouldn't it already be considered foreclosed from the notified date of sale, even if it was postponed?

I moved out of this apartment complex 4 years ago. Never recieved any letters, e-mails, or phone calls regarding famages or fees. So I assumed there wasnt any. I left that apartment spotless and was om a good credit agreement where I paid a small non refundable deposit apposed to a larger refundable one. Here we are 4 years later after I recieve an e-mail stating I owe them money! This is their first contact with me since I moved out. Can they still hold me accountable after all this time? I feel as though they are just trying to scam me for money.

I was employed by a Cruise Line located in Hawaii but I reside permanently in Arizona. I was wrongfull terminated by the company for supposed theft of alcohol during an event. There is no emerical proof of me doing this on video footage. I originally was a union member but as I was promoted to an officer on-board, my position changed to non-union. How can I go about fighting the accusations and being compensated for my travel exspensed home, defamation of character, and the loss of my job?

We live in a 55+ Mobile home park. My dad & mom bought it about 8 or so years ago for me. They lived in it and are on the rental agreement But I'm the owner and not on the rental agreement. But my Husband and I have been living here for about 4/5 years now we pay the lot rent and the utilities. He knows we're here but every time our son comes to visit he always stops him and gives him a hard time which then he comes at us with mailed forms for instance telling us we can't be here after knowing we're here and I own the trailer. There's a lot more as well.. Need legal advice.. This is our home.

My kids are not liking the current visitation - 5/2/2/5. If I change to only seeing the kids on the weekends, the extra child support may be too much. My Ex said she is ok with asking me to pay $461/mo (up from 211/mo), which I can handle, but it looks like the law says that just because my Ex and I agreed on this does not mean the Judge can or will approve - it looks like he needs a compelling reason why the "guidelines" should not be followed. Will the judge ok our agreement, or insist the guideline be followed?
