I have a class six felony for endangerment i had my friend in the car in 2007 first endangerment charge and was'nt speeding no accidents and i also got a dui at the same time can i get these charges expunged of my record and they made the endangerment charge a non designated i just don't understand at that time when i signed the plea need help getting these charges of my record

A rocky marriage just worse.I have been living away from my children since May 2013. I had limited communication with my 2 children until the end of November 2013 when all communication with them stopped. All communication stopped with spouse the end of December. Does a restraining order stay on a defendant's record? If so, how long. The restraining order was for harassment. TA

I signed a contract with my current landlord to move into another unit on the property, effective Feb 15. The contract was signed by all parties, and I paid a $150 transfer fee on Jan. 31. Today, Feb 2, I received an email from the landlord stating that the current tenant has "changed" her mind, and thus the contract will not be honored. Is this legal?
