I pay close to $600 of child support and i only see my son 1 day the mom doesn’t provide formula I’m I supposed to buy food for baby if I pay child support ? Also if baby is sick mom doesn’t tell me when I pick baby up as she only leaves him outside the door

Unemployment is attempting to collect almost $5000 in overpayments that they claim to have paid me from as far back as 5 years ago. I don't have documentation from that far back. The amt. started out at about $600. I disputed that and then they did some kind of audit. Now they claim I owe them $5000! What do I do?

Are verbal contracts a legal contract? Was buying a car from a friend, car title & registration left in friends name, insurance in my name, never late on a payment, friend sold car out from under me, I had put alot of money into the car. I am a military mother of 3 who's husband went to jail for two years. I cannot find employment, he cant pay child support, and I can't get any cash assistance to provide for my children. Family is helping but what can I do? I live in my parents home they were going to rent out, but have bills and children. The state so no on cash assistance, so I only get food assistance.
