Can provide letter from pest control guys that states house is infested not my things or furniture, or should I have to pay for a pest control fees and am I obligated to carry out lease if landlord desires to not help me get rid of them ..and cost of extermination processes and.fees and everything?

My next door neighbor had bed bugs, now we do, we are connected condos, 25 units. Who is responsible for extermating these little buggers? Tenant or landlord? We have tried with home remedies, the land Lord did have one bed room exterminated, but doesn't want to pay to have the whole unit done he says it's up to us to do it. We are on SSI and social security and can not afford to have it done professionally, what are our rights?

I am renting to own my manufactured home from my landlord who is in turn paying off loan company. The contract she wrote and we both signed but was never notarized or witnessed states that I will rent the home" as is" meaning she is not responsible for any damages. I was arrested in August for marijuana possession. I was with a group and we were detained while the officer questioned us. We were not read our rights and I told the officer the joint was mine to eliminate my friend from getting into trouble. I was taken to the police station and was held for a few hours but they never read me my rights. I was then realeased to go home. I have since moved back to California and am trying to find out what is going to happen. There is no case filed and the court told me not to worry about it but the police said they have a year to file. What can I do?

A mortgage company defrauded us, sold us on a refi from a 3.5% ARM to an 8% fixed before the industry crashed. Turns out the switched papers at the title company and put us back in an ARM with a pre-payment penalty. After Az Att Gen office sent a letter to them, did they finally modify our loan. 2 yrs later, I want to refi in to todays rates after no late payments and I am told since modified, never can refinance??? Also Att Gen office asked me to fill paperwork out for the settlement they reached with a Bank, I did, have heard nothing and the Bank says they will do nothing!

We moved in on may 24 on may 25 we tried contacting front office of refrigerator not working daughter in law went in to main office on a Monday they told her following Wednesday maintenance would be in 2 weeks later maintenance shows up says it needs freon another week passes still fridge not fixed all food now spoiled contract does say tenant responsible for kiss but doesn't say tenant responsible for loss if complex neglegent do I get reimbursed for food lost
