  • My financial advisor says that any IRA's and property I own prior to marriage is still mine unless I comingle funds. Only what is acquired after marriage is community property. Is this so?
  • I recently moved out and the landlord never gave me my deposit back. I left the home in good condition the only thing he wrote on the disposition report that the carpet was dirty.   • My apartment community has changed ownership several times since I moved in 4 years ago. I discovered that my unit was wired to provide electricity for one of the apartment amenities that was outside of my unit. Should they be obligated to pay a rebate for the 3 years that I was paying for their electricity or do I indeed need to take it up with the previous owners
