In less then one months time he lost the house keys and both times told me I needed to change the locks. This past time he was arrested and ended up in jail. He voluntarily went into a sober home. I did not offer to give him a replacement key nor denied him access. Just timing and events. He did ask after therapy if he could like with me again. I told him no. I did offer to wash clothes and bring to him. Can he sue me

Repairs are RARELY made and I now have a mice, termite, tick, and either a chigger or bedbug infestation which is a MAJOR health issue and an emotional one as well. I've asked the landlord for assistance as I am on SSDI and live month to month. Despite ALL my efforts, she continues to ignore me. Isn't it the Realty company's responsibility to assist with an exterminator? PLEASE HELP ME!

Then for the next 6 months they refused every month to take my rent. Now after all that time I want to sell my trailer and the park won't let me remove it and say I have to now pay over 7000 dollars in back rent. Can they do this.

The air conditioning in my house went out. I am currently renting. We notified our property management and they sent someone out the next day. The ac company said they cant fix it for a week. Our property management told us to find somewhere else to stay. Is there a law that they have to pay for us to stay in a hotel? And is there a law stating that we can deduct money from rent from each day that we are not staying in the house? And if so then how much? Thank you.
