  • I was laid off and filed for UI April, 2011. I received a Severance Package from my employer that payed me my salary for a period of 7.25 months in a lump sum. Unemployment originally approved me receiving UI Compensation in April 2011. They reversed their decision when I applied in November 2011 for Federal extension. They based the reversal on ARS 23-621 and A.A.C. R6-3-55460 B. DES contends these codes deny UI for anyone while they receive Severance. They do not. Please take a look. My sorting out of the mess my claim is in continues to this day. I was referred to you by Channel12
  • My new apt. has many old water leaks I only discovered when it rained, and a large patch of black mold that's not responding to me spraying mold and mildew cleaner on it growing on the outside exterior of my living room wall in a closet. During the last storm, I had water trickling down the drywall and across the ceiling in my bedroom and one can see it's not a new leak and has been repaired before. Maintenance says they can only cosmetically scrape and paint it. I can't live here even if its remedied because it's extensive and I'm very sensitive to mold already. What do I do?

He was recently kicked off our son's baseball team as their coach for hitting another child. I have shared (50/50) parenting time and custody. I want to get full custody. • In 2011 I was late with my rent payment. I received a notice to pay or vacate. I immediately paid the rent past due and late fees in full. The following month my lease expired, I paid my rent due and moved out. Fast forward to 2013 I find out the apartment filed a forcible/special detainer. Is this legal? Am I able to dispute the judgement? Please help. Thanks
