I am being evicted due to non-payment of rent, when I asked our landlord if she would use our security deposit towards rent owed, she stated that is not allowed under AZ law. However, in the AZ Landlord and Tenant Act it states that Security deposits may be used towards the payment of all rent. Which is correct?

I have a man in my home that was my boyfriend although there has not been a relationship for over two months. There is no lease or contract, he does not pay rent, he has stopped working and verbally abuses me and my children to the point my children are staying elsewhere. He refuses to leave so how can I get him out now?

I am renting to own my manufactured home from my landlord who is in turn paying off loan company. The contract she wrote and we both signed but was never notarized or witnessed states that I will rent the home" as is" meaning she is not responsible for any damages. The septic tank is broken and flooding badly enough that one side of the house has sunken into the ground. The clogging from the septic has caused leaks and clogs in water pipes causing mold in walls and insulation under house ruined. A lic. Plumber informed me that the septic tank got broken when she installed it previous to my renting. It is also illegally placed too close to house. Also, my mother paid my rent in February and when I asked my landlord if she received this money she stated no. I called my mother to confirm she did go there then I called landlord back and told her I knew she was lying about it and she admitted that she had in fact lied about how much rent I actually owe her. What can I do about all of this?

I was fired from my job. Prior to the firing I had asked the Director to investigate issues of abuse by the Managers towards the Latina and African American staff. I know that my firing was due to this. Do I have any recourse?

I rented my space in November and there was the remnants of the prior tenants porch in my backyard they at that time told me they were going to move it. It has not been moved the owner mentioned to me today that he was going to park a trailer in that spot like a work trailer I just want to know if it's legal for him to park and for me to store his property on my rented space? I have a signed lease that states my rent is $680 for my student apt. Before moving in the apartment was changed and the new rent became $50 more per mo. I paid this, but never signed an adendum to the original lease - this is my first apt rental. Do I have any recourse to ask for the $50/mo back (now totaling $250) since the amount was never part of my lease or because I paid it, does it mean implied acceptance and binding. They are charging me a break lease fee and I'm trying to get them to come down on the amount. I feel I was taken advantage of since I'm young.

Can some one file criminal complaint on you wen they gave you there bank account information to tranfer money and pay some of there bills and said if you ever need to borrow money go rite ahead and when you do they tell yoi they are fileling criminal charges can they do that
