My ex would like to take our two children to CA during a school week. We have two conflicting documents. The Parenting Plan For: Joint Custody with Joint Custody Agreement states as follows: B. (Bold) SUMMER MONTHS OR SCHOOL BREAK LONGER THAN 4 DAYS: (Unbold) The weekday and weekend schedule described above will apply for all 12 calendar months EXCEPT: Each Parent is entitled to a one week period of vacation time with the children. Each parent shall provide the other with 60 days notice of their proposed dates for vacation. If there is a conflict of dates, Father's schedule shall have preference in odd years and Mother's schedule shall have preference in even years. I am assuming this means he can only take the children on vacation during summer months or school break longer than 4 days. .... and the Consent Decree of Dissolution of Non-Covenant Marriage With Minor Children states the following: Custody and Parenting Time ... h.Vacation. Each parent shall be entitled to one additional week of vacation with the children in each year. Each parent shall provide the other with 60 days notice of their proposed dates for vacation. If there is a conflict of dates, Father's schedule shall have preference in odd years and Mother's schedule shall have preference in even years. This document does not state anything about school. Which document prevails?

Purchased a mobile home in an all age community Feb 2019. It has 3 wall A/C units (1 in each bedroom and one that sometimes struggles to cool the livingroom/ kitchen area). We were recently told by somebody that by law it has to have central A/C because of how hot it gets here in AZ. Trying to find out if this is true or not. If this is true, is it legal that it was sold without central A/C and who would be responsible for putting one in?

In Sept. of 2014 my boyfriend pushed me down the stairs in our house and was arrested. Six months later Jan. 16, 2015 he punched me several times in the face breaking my nose and causing me to get 7 stitches above my left eye. He choked me and then forced me to sit in a chair while he threatened me. He fled before HPD arrived and was arrested in March for felony battery and coercion. I did not testify and charges were dropped. On Feb. 8th, 2017 he was arrested for DV. Can the prior charges get brought back in the new case even if he wasn't convicted?

Our lease has no provision in regarding pest control and landlord being able to charge for pest control services if infestation is found. Our landlord is trying to do this to residents who are mostly SMI or disabled who only means is a monthly check and being on sec 8 or home inc. They don't understand they have rights and are afraid of being evicted as this is what they've been told. I know Residents whohave requested pest service and not received due to not being put on list for service and apts that have bug problems or infestations are being rented then tenants blamed for. I filed for ch. 7 bankruptcy and my debts were discharged on June 2011. To this date I'm badly behind on my house payments, and my lender offers me a reduced monthly payment of $350. The problem is that my lender does not want to make any promises in writing and does not give me straight answers on what happens if I keep my end of the deal. I'm affraid my lender will simply foreclose when it may fit its interest, disregard of my needs. Also, it is wise to enter into any deals post bankruptcy if my debts are discharded already and thus, uncollectable? Thanks!
