  • can ex force me out of house within one week?
  • I have been told that is a mother and father of a child come to an agreement on custody, child support and other issues pertaining to the child that they can write it out sign it notarize it and it is legal and will hold up in court. Is this true?
  • I was informed of trustee sale to take place 06/2008 on my home in Florence, AZ. My Husband and I decided it was best to vacate the home with our family before the sale. We filed Chapter 7 Bankruptcy in 2011 and included the home and HOA. We received a letter from an attorney, suing us for HOA dues, post bankruptcy. Wouldn't it already be considered foreclosed from the notified date of sale, even if it was postponed?

Landlord sent two roofing companies to inspect the roof, both said it’s unsafe but did not use the word uninhabitable so therefore landlord will not break lease. He has contracted for roof replacement but that means we are still in the home with various cracks through out the ceiling. Can I get my own evaluation done and get out of this lease?
