I was married to an active military person from 6/1974- 8/1987. The divorce was done solely by my ex husband.I simple received the divorce decree in the mail. I was not aware that been married to an active military for 10 years entitles me to a portion of his retirement. My brother just advised me a week ago that I should have and was entitled to this; so this is the first time that I'm trying to get information on the matter. I was never told or known about this.

Who I was going to allow to live with me. My ex is threatening attorneys and fighting for custody because I am allowing this boy to live in my home. He is a good kid with no criminal history nor any record of any trouble. If I marry his dad, he will be my stepson. Does my ex have a leg to stand on? I will not risk losing custody of my daughters. I originally moved my M.H. on the space it sits on 19 yrs. ago under a verbal agreement with previous owner. For many years since, I've asked to be entered into a lease with the new owners but wasn't given one until 2 weeks ago. This lease does not fall under the M.H.P, L.lord tenant act nor was it signed in front & with knowledge. What are my rights to a possible eviction now?

I have never been convicted of a crime before. I just moved here to Arizona about two weeks ago. I got a citation for urinating in public. Should I plea not guilty and seek counsel? Or plea guilty? If I do plea guilty will there be a criminal record on my file? I am a medical student, and do not want a criminal record. Thank you for your time.

I am currently looking for a home to rent and have a profile on a housing site. I recently inquired about a rental home. The homeowner contacted me and asked me a series of questions. She then text me how I afford rent and utilities on Long Term Disability and also stated she is worried that my boyfriend who would be on the lease works out of town. My question is are they allowed to profile you like that. Clearly I wouldn't inquire in the home if we could not afford it. She asked if I was aware of the rental price and I expressed we pay more now where we live. She set a showing and now ignores my call

We have been having trouble with our A/C unit for over a year now and each time the landlord "fixes" it it breaks soon after. Last summer our place was uninhabitable for 3 weeks. The landlord "fixed" our AC twice already this week. Today they showed up to let us know it's still broken. What do we do?
