My landlord has been deducting my security depost for late fee's on payments that have been paid in full and on time what can I do to get my security deposit back?

The AZ Landlord and Tenant Act states that a landlord must supply reasonable amounts of hot water, heating, and air conditioning or cooling. As far as air conditioning goes what is a reasonable amount? Is it a specific temp that your unit should be able to maintain? My unit in the evenings sometimes reach 83-84 degrees. Others in the complex said they have the same issue. We have a chilled water system, and we believe they just need to turn the temperature down on the system. But they say that the water temp is at the correct temp.

I have used the last name of my mothers second husband for my whole life. I was unaware that I was not officially adopted or entitled to use the name until recently with the new ID law coming into effect. Can I change my name legally now. If I do so will my wife have change her name. even though we were married several years ago? every thing I own is in the last name of my step dad does that matter if I change it now?

I had previously filled out paperwork to request a modification hearing. A hearing was scheduled but I would like to withdraw that request at this time. When I requested this I was unemployed and unable to pay, but I am now employed and paying as agreed, so I no longer need this modification. Is it possible to cancel this request and court hearing since I'm the one that requested this modification?

I just want to know how this landlord/tenant works, our landlord emailed us that he was coming but we never checked the email and he still came and enter the back of the house, which is scared me because I didnt know it was him 2. He doesnt provide any type of service for landscaping but he said that we didnt have the place in optimal state and that he hopes that we have the inside clean, I havent responded because I did not know what to say

My husband and my daughter (his stepdaughter) were in an argument and my daughter slapped my husband in the face. My husband called the police and now wants to get a restraining order. My daughter was in the wrong by getting physical but I also don't think a restraining order is needed. Where does that leave me. My daughter can never come to our house again.

I called the landlord re: the AC had went out and had provided him with my sons contact number. The landlord then called me at the time of my work on my personal cell and started to yell at me due to no contact with my son. At that time my son was on the phone with the AC tech. And now the landlord wants me to pay $100.00 towards the repair, but this has happened 3 times now and never had asked me to pay towards the repairs.
