I'm a LCPL in the Marine Corps and I live in the barracks on base. I was told by my higher ups that if I have 50% custody I can qualify for a house. So that i can bring my daughter out, not for the whole 6 months but a couple weeks out of the year, she's 5 now. My ex has said she was ok with it but we are not doing anything throgh the courts and my command wants documentation. What would i need to prove 50% custody?
