  • How many days after a 5 day notice do I actually have to be taken to court?
  • My minor granddaughter's father died in a car wreck in January, she was awarded the life insurance and workman's comp because it occurred on the job. Her parents were never married but my daughter retained a lawyer immediately following the accident. We are trying to move the conservatoire which is in the firms account in South Dakota to Arizona but we need an attorney here and a financial adviser group or someone that the funds will be maintained by. We don't know where to start or how and the attorney in South Dakota charges for every correspondence and confuses us. We need to talk to someon
  • If someone is on an Interstate Compact from Oregon to AZ and on parole, and they get put in jail; don't they still have the right to know why they've been put in jail? Especially after 3 weeks, with no appearance before a judge given, and Oregon says they still haven’t heard anything from Arizona and they usually don’t on these minor violations. I was told by a PO that my Son was being locked up for a parole violation of two diluted UA’s in a row. My son had to hear from me why he was locked up. They never told him his UA’s were coming out diluted or why he was being locked up.
  • After eviction judgement is served, how many days must the landlord keep tenants personal effects in storage? when can the landlord dispose of the said tenants belongings?
  • I have perm. legal guardianship of a child and the mother is wanting visitation. Due to a recent event I feel it is no longer safe to allow unsupervised visitation. Is there a way to get her supervised visitation? Is there community programs to help with this or does this have to be filed through the courts?
  • We bought our trailer in 1992 and have lived here since, our park has changed owners over the years, but now we are being informed that the new owners will be taking away the cable, and charging us for garbage pick-up which has always been included in the space rent along with sewer. We were just informed about the garbage pick-up today 10-9-2018 and as of 1-1-2019 we will be charged for garbage pick-up. Is this legal?
  • Does AZ Landlord Tenant Act apply to senior living facilities, specifically independent living facilities where residents contract with the facility includes some meals, use of facilities' transportation services, etc? (To be clear, I am not asking about assisted living facilities.)
  • I bought a home in Jan and on the MLS it said the house was 1819 sq. ft. When I contacted the city to find out about permits to do inprovements on the home I was told that the sq. ft is only 550 sq ft. I did not notices this on the deed as I was i first time home buyer and had ask that everyone involed walk me through the prosscess. Now I am told I can be fined and made to bring the additions up to code. I have sunk everything I have in this home
