What is the difference between a 'living will' and a 'last will and testament' type of will?

The hearing is on the 22nd of February. I did not understand the instructions to serve my husband. I took the papers to the sheriff's office on February 4. What happens if my husband doesn't get served on time? I just mailed the order to appear yesterday, 2-13.

I am sending this for my mother. My dad left her his retirement to her but nothing else. She has about $25,000 in credit card debt (they bought a vehicle using a credit card with a 2% interest)and has an income of about $4,277 including retirement, veterans benefits and ss. Everything was fine until ill health made it impossible for her to live alone. She sold her mobile home, put the $$ in savings and moved into a senior apartment. She has recently moved into a more expensive assisted care living. Her income is enough to pay her rent but we still have to pay her $600 a month credit cards bills that my dad left her with. She only has about $1,100 in saving so either she files for bankrupcy or she just doesn't pay her credits cards anymore. She does use her credit cards so bad credit will not hurt her. I am sure that her current living location will not kick her out as long as she is paying her rent. What will happen if she doesn't pay her credit card bills anymore?

I am a senior and live in 202 HUD housing. Management just put notices up on my apartment building: "No Mask No Entry." Is my apartment building considered a Public Place/Setting according to the new Tucson/Pima County Ordinances regarding Face Coverings? If so, and I refuse to wear one technically I could be restricted access to my apartment.

We discovered we had a rat in our apartment, that same day we reported it to the office and they scheduled for an exterminator to set traps two days later. The next day we started seeing ticks around the apartment, we have one dog and started him on Nexguard tick preventative right away. The apartments are stating that they do not cover for tick exterminator because the ticks couldn't have traveled via the rat. Who is responsible for tick extermination?
