QUESTIONS

  • My girlfriend is the manager of the apartment complex where we live. She has me listed on the management portal (resident log-in) as “roommate” and as the manager, she is on a month-to-month lease. The quarantine has been difficult for her, but she has a track record of less than pleasant behavior and I have recorded her. There is a quarantine due to COVID I have a medical order advising that I self quarantine. Can she kick me out at whim or lock me out of my home or otherwise threaten me since there is an Executive Order in place and I am a Protected Class?
  • Does a restraining order stay on a defendant's record? If so, how long. The restraining order was for harassment. TA

NMR(facility)did not contact family nor ins administrater & entered "private pay." RNs&docs contacted family throughout admit(#'s in chart). Former employee admits no letter/no voice mail message to family. NMR filed probate with condo as only asset, chose the PR, & now, due to their admin error and incompetence, fees&costs against Estate in excess of $40,000, disabled grandson being evicted & condo auction sold thru no fault of Mom or family
  • If an order of protection says that the defendant has to surrender his firearms to the Mesa PD, can he give them to a friend instead? Is this violating the order of protection?
  • I need to no if I can be Evicted cause I wrote letter to the Manager letting her no she over charged me for Rent for the mouth of July. I was placed her threw a Domestic vilioce Shelter n everything was explained to the Manager when I was brought here. She was told that I get paid every 2 weeks and that I work at ----. So we explained to her ( Manager ) that I will not be able to pay the Rent on the First of the Mo. She agreed with that and said she will work with me on the Rent. Now the Housing program Paid the Rent up for 3 mos. Now she is Evicteing me for being late on this Mo.
  • For the last 2 months, after a company bought the complex I'm living in, have endless cut down trees, no warning, all day every day other than the weekends. Because of that, rats have now started entering our apartments and taken up residence in our walls. It took them a month to come and repair holes where the rats were entering and the endless noise has made living here stressful. What is their rights as the owners of the complex and how much noise and inconvience they are causing everyone living here?

  • my fiance had to quit her job due to harrasment that has now caused long term effects and has caused her depression to progress. She was not only sexually harrassed by her coworker but also talked down to made fun of and harrassed by her boss. who should we contact in order to bring a law suit against them? and its been a month or so since she quit , so do we still have a shot?
