I had my first day of my divorce trial today and my attorney was not competent at all. I dont want her representing me tomorrow. Can I fire her and ask for a continuence so that I can get proper represention at this late date or at the very least represent myself tomorrow? How do I do that?

I live in a condo complex. One of the other owners has been storing property in a storage bin which is not her own. She appropriated it when it went into foreclosure. The current owner wants that storage bin. What can we do? The lock is still on and the woman (a lawyer, by the way) refuses to remove it.

What is the Arizona statute of limitations for a car loan on a repossessed car? 4 years or 6 years? When does it start running? After the first missed payment, or after the car gets auctioned off? Some people say the S.O.L. is 4 years because it is a car loan, and falls under this law: "47-2725. Statute of limitations in contracts for sale A. An action for breach of any contract for sale must be commenced within four years after the cause of action has accrued." Others say it is a written contract and therefore is subject to the standard 6 year S.O.L. Which one is correct?

I am currently covered by my spouses insurance coverage and our divorce has not been filed yet. ARS 20-1377 and 20-1408 state that I may continue to be covered under his health insurance policy. I have contacted the health care company and NO ONE is able to assist me with this. I've looked online for answers and there are none. How to I apply for a conversion policy?
