I am 21 years old, pregnant and have a 8 month old baby. I pay rent, but have no job and i am receiving food stamps monthly with cash assistance for 3 months. My 3 month period ends this July. I want to apply for monthly cash assistance so my question is : if my baby's father gives me $60 a week would I still need to put him under child support in order to receive cash assistance? I live in mobil park . They got new management raised rent and now the box at the gate to let guests in is no longer working, nor plans ti fix, i have to run ti the gate everytime soneone comes by. Its reduculius

My son was terminated from his job for "reporting late to work". He was never given any verbal warning about the possibility of being fired until the day it happened. There were other workers at his place of employment who had, in the past, not shown up for work at all without even calling the employer and are still employed. In you oppinion is he eligible for unemployment compensation?

I was very ill last year and let my Aunt and grandmother take my children to Idaho. While my children were there they filed a motion of abuse with the state of Idaho and I may possibly lose my girls. I have been serve with quite a bit of paperwork from the courts and don't knowhow to fill it out. I only make $7 an hour and don't have the money to get an attorney. I don't want to lose my girls and need some help to answer these letters from the courts of Idaho.

Greetings, Of late, I had been forced to usher out of my home, "At Gun Point", a person who had been a Temp guest in my home, and Yet, said Temp Guest had made a verbal threat of shooting me in my chest, All while the temp guest had been told to leave my home, several times, and then the temp guest had conveyed his verbal threat, accompanied by his having his hand on his S&W Model 60, .357 Magnum Caliber Revolver Pistol, as the temp guest had conveyed his threat of bodily harm toward/of me, at which point I had Locked and Loaded my 1911, .45 Caliber Semi-Auto Pistol, and demanded he leave.
