How do I go about removing people who live in my house who are not on the lease. I understand they have squatters rights. How would I go about legally removing them from my home? I am not the landlord I am the tenant, but my name is on the lease and all the bills. I do not want them in my home any more they have been here illegally for about 3 months. They are not on the lease, how can I legally remove them without losing the house myself?

I have taken care of my father for many years and he finally passed away in 2013. He put my name on the house deed in 2011 but kept the mortgage in his and my late mother's names. Now that they are both deceased what do I do about the mortgage that is in his and my mother's name? There was no probate as I took over the mortgage payment and the one bill he still owed on. I simple have no clue what to do about the mortgage because I only have $730.00 per month in Social security disability and know that banks won't lend to anyone with that low an income. What can I do?

I was in a chapter 13 with my only debt being my mortgage. I found out Monday my house has been sold at auction. I never received any type of notifications that my chapter 13 had been dismissed,or any notifications that I was in foreclosure, as a matter of fact I had sent the mortgage co $4,000 the previous month. I believe the sale of my house was illegal since I was never notified..Is this true, if I am never given the opportunity to save my house which are required by law and can I do anything about it now that it's been sold?
