  • My landlord has given my work email and work phone number out to realtors so that they are contacting me not the landlord for showings of the house., on my work contact. The realtors are also asking for same day appointments etc because they do not realize that I am the tenant not the owner/landlord. Is this a violation of my privacy? I do not want these people to call me constantly at work. I didn’t even want them to know where I work, my schedule etc. I have kids at home when I’m at work and now I have to worry that the landlord is trying to come in when they are home alone even though he’s
  • my girlfriend was arrested for domestic violence. The cops left my son with me. The next day i had to go to work, so i left him with my parents. She took the cops over there and got him since she knew i was at work. Now she will not let me see him at all. She wont return my txts, to let me know how hes doing. I keep texting her that i want to know and see my child but she doesnt respond. What court papers do i need to file? I want to get him back right away. I want custody of him.   • I have been employed in AZ. for 36 years to a Texas based company. They have sent notice that I enroll in direct deposit by Dec.1st,2014 in accordance with a collective bargaining agreement made by my union in july 2008. providing that, "the carrier may implement arrangements for the direct deposit of any payments due its employees covered by this agreement." They did not offer alternatives or consequences for failure to do so, only that I would be "subject to remedy." Can they force me to direct deposit or "remedy"? I currently receive my pay bi-monthly via USPS. Thank you.

  • Hello. A small fire broke out in my kitchen. Fire department and police spoke with my landlord telling her that I could not stay due to soot and it needed be taking care of. Landlord stated she spoke with owner and a team would be out to find my apartment. 1 month later nothing is fixed. I shower landlord the report from fire deapart and was told that she doesnt care what the report shows that nothing is going to get fixed. She refused to give us the owners contact info also.   • I have $250,000 invested in a 1150 sq ft home and lot in a Surprise HOA, built with permits from the City. With that permit, my contractor built an 850 sq ft addition (story & a half) to a park model, wrapping all in stucco. Now realtors tell me they cannot put my property in the "residence" section of MLS but must list it under LAND/LOTS. How will out of state buyers find my home in a realtor.com or mls or zillow search? What was the legislature thinking when they dictated this? Thank you for any information you can provide.
