  • On a Saturday night me and my ex got in a fight. It was nothing to big i thought. I went to bed and as I did i punched the wall and put a small hole in it. She slept on the couch. The next day i got up and she was not there. I called her to see where she was and she said that she wanted to separate. That was about 5pm on Sunday. We fought over the phone. I called her twice. Then about 8or9 the cops showed up and took my guns. Tuesday night they showed up again and kicked me out of my house and said she got a protection order against me. How is this possible? And it's for a year.
  • I was convicted of I believe class 6 and another felony in 2006 for theft. I was put on probation and was extended for payment was released from probation October 2014. Can get these expunged or what re my options? Also an I now get a passport? I just yesterday had to do a credit and criminal and he property managementsaid felony was not on background check why?

Can I waive the back pay order, once it has been placed without having to interfere with the current monthly child support ruling?
  • I'm dealing with an illegal lockout, I reside in a nycha housing with my 83 yr old father and I have 4 people living in my house that's not on the lease. They locked my out from my residence and been taking my dads money, me and my dad are the only 2 that are on the lease.. A friend of mine told me I needed to go to housing court and I did that on 3/6/2015 the judge ruled in my favor, but when one of the occupants that are living in my apartment went and filed a partition against me of an order if protection stating I threatened my father and I can't be in the household.

  • My boyfriend and i just split up and he took my child away and said I'm never goin to seee him again. If i went to court for this could i lose my baby? He works and i dont but im starting my online schooling, I live with my mom and she help me out. My child can't be without me I raised him, I havent left his side.  What would the chances of me having him be and of not being able to see him again? if you could get at me asap please.

  • I was convicted of Theft, A class 6 undesignated offense back in the mid 90's. I completed 3 years on probation. My probation officer put in a order of discharge from probation in the late 90's . He signed it and the Judge signed it. It was never checked on if it was a misdemeanor or a felony. I never recieved and paperwork that stated anything about it, just that I was released from probation. So what do I need to do to get this removed? If the paperwork was not completed correctly my the courts can I get it off my record? Thanks
  • I plead guilty and paid a fine for a class 2 watercraft incident. The Magistrate has granted the set aside entailing "that defendant be released from all penalties and disabilities pursuant to A.R.S. 13-907". Do I need to disclose my misdemeanor for graduate school applications and even future employers even though it has been set aside for judgement?
  • the apartments where I lived took me to court for nonpayment it went to trial and was dismissed because of no show from apartments. Now what? do they not get the rent they wanted? they wouldn't process my October payment and tried to say in court that I slid it under office door(not true) and that's what took this to trial.Theres a lot more to the story, im on section 8 and only pay portion of rent. They have recognized that I pay $271.00 but still bill me $618.00 and for utilities when they are included for everyone. So again where's that leave me.
  • Clicked to renew my lease and got an email accepting that request. Went to log on to the website to sign the new lease and it was not available. Informed the apartment management and received an email saying they would write it up and send it, however I still have not received anything. Can they for some reason not renew my lease after the initial acceptance? My current lease is up at the end of June, if I did not want to renew I would have had to give 60 days written notice. Can they give me less than I am required to give them if they do not renew for some reason?
