QUESTIONS

  • Does Az require a Move Away Order from California to transfer or obtain Guardianship of my Granddaughter?I have full guardianship in CA for the last 4 years.
  • The father doesn’t pay for any expenses of our 1 year old. The baby is with me 24/7 he visits every once in a while for maybe an hour a week but doesn’t bring anything or try to help. I have been seeing into putting him on child support since I do not currently work and my parents (baby’s grandparents) are basically the ones paying for all the expenses but I looked into the “child support calculator” and only $50 a month comes up as what he would pay and I’m wondering if it’s even worth going through the trouble for such a low amount. Is that thing accurate or would I have to talk to a lawyer?
  • I'm a little confused on what I should do my father-in-law just passed away last month on the 29th he was on hospice here at the house my mother-in-law passed away 4 years ago and we have got an eviction letter I guess that house sold at auction and I'm confused on what I should do because the eviction was for my mother-in-law and father-in-law they've lived in this house for 34 years his house payment was only $248 a month he was losing his marbles and yesterday the sheriff came until this we have till Wednesday to be out how is that right. We never got to go to court

  • My husben passed away Aug. 21st. and hade a life insurance policy. It is in his daughters name. He was going to change it did not get a chance to. We have been married for less than a year. Do I have anyrights to this life insurance?
  • I allowed myself to be manipulated to sign an agreement for matchmaking service at 9 at night. The next morning I realized I could not affort it and I wrote a letter to cancel it (via e mail). They responded so I know they received it. The fine print on the contract I signed states the letter must be certified. My understanding is that certified simply ensures the recipient receives the letter. They did respond to e mail. Now, they are stating that they are suing me for the full amount and that I also signed that I must pay all legal fees. Do have any rights here? It has been 2 weeks. Thankyou
