  • I am 74 & receiving social security benefits. My wife has Parkenson's disease and receives government benefits and she also has a small part time job. I know that acreditor cannot touch benefits given by the federal government but what is the maximum money she can earn from her part time, i.e., $200, $400, whatever in a month's time yet is not subject to being garnished by a creditor? And what is the Arizona law stating this?
  • I gave birth to my daughter in feb 2019 Approaching her 1st bday D.E.S requested birth certificate & ss card for her health insurance. I went to vital records & they said the hospital never recorded her name. And to change it I'd have to pay $332 at court to amend it. Her birth cert. States her name is (noname) and my ex husband's last name( we divorced in 2014) that is not her father. I remember filing out the forms and giving them time a nurse.I have no money. What can I do? My baby has a heart condition and needs medical assistance.
  • i live in a 55 plus mobile home park that then was a safe clean adult park with no pets, since it has become a mess no maintaining of weeds or roads, amenities (pool, shuffleboard, pool table areas or clubhouse) fountains non working bathrooms unclean, water and sewage leaking in places and now park is no longer a 55 plus that i see and dogs and cats everywhere and most not on leashes, skirting and carport awnings missing or hanging down, when brought to management their response is don;t like it move.. thats not a option right now cause they have caused a depresiation of my home considerably

A person who wants our property is calling in complaints to the county and now we are being evicted we also have to take all buildings down and have everything removed or they will charge us 2250 a day until it's cleared. Is that legal we can't afford to leave and have no place to go.

This morning I called to check on her she said she was okay and that his younger son and girl friend were gonna watch baby. I went to the hospital cause my stitches tore to my c-section. Got released called to check on baby and ask them to bring her to me. grandfather said she is not there saying she is in tucson then mexico and that I abandoned her for 48 hrs. They won't tell me where my baby is. Do I call the cops? I thought they were trying to help not take my baby.
  • I was on the highway when a vehicle rear ended me. Highpatrol exchange insurance information and never gave the driver a citation. I had to get medically treated and my car is not safe and messed up. When i filled a claim with my insurance company they said they couldnt do anything because the driver that hit me was not insured and the information he gave the officer was not valid. What can i do, i am hurt and my car is not safe to drive.
  • I want to change the executor on my revocable trust. I want the new executor to inherit some property and money. My question is: can an executor inherit? Thank you for your attention to this.
  • Have been divorced 9 years. Have never been behind on child support. Ex-wife has never asked for an increase in support even though my salary has gone up significantly. Could she theoretically sue me to collect the support she would have received had she filed for an increase years ago?
