  • My employer has us keep receipts (tickets with the food orders written on them) she is threatening to take $100 for every ticket that gets lost. More than 3 different employees handle these tickets along side the cashier daily. Is this legal for her to take $100 from the cashier if a ticket gets lost?

The judge is quick to grant her permission on taking their son back to Indonesia without even considering his loss. He fears for his child that is a U.S. citizen going back to a third world country. The judge seems to believe that its best for the child to go back with her. His ex wife has already told him she will be leaving in ten days and he will never see his son again.

  • I own a mobile home in a 55+ community. I currently have no income and can not afford to pay the lot rent. Can my daughter age 22 and friend age 20 move in and live there without me being there? Otherwise I lose everything and that is presently what is happening. I have tried selling but the park says that the person wanting to buy must fill out the background check in front of them, so those interested have not been able to buy due to the fact that most are out of state. I need help NOW, as I have to leave very soon and my daughter needs an affordable place to live.
  • when do food stamps come out each month
  • We had no electric in one room of our rental for 9 months. It would sometimes flicker when we jumped on the floor or slammed the door. We contacted the landlord several times to repair it. We have several text messages stating such. The cost to repair was more than 50% of our rent. We gave our 30 day notice on July 2 for August 1st after months of trying to get this repaired. Our landlord checked us out on Aug 1 stating everything was perfect and we would receive all of our deposit back in 14 business days. Our total deposit was $1850- we received $300. They stated we did not give them notice.
