I have been trying to go through the Department of Children's Services to get my ex wife (who lives in Alabama) to pay child support for almost 3 years now. Is there anything I can do through the legal system to finally get this resolved? Three years is an awfully long time to get a mother to pay child support when it took her a matter of weeks to get the court to issue an income withholding order on me when she was the custodial parent.

My sister began occupying my fathers house when he became incapacitated. Unfortunately he has since passed away (11 mos. since she moved in there, which she said was supposed to be temporary). I am the trustee, she is to receive 1/4 of the estate once it's settled. However, she hasnt worked in 3 years, has no desire or attempted to either....she says she isn't going to move out. and says we cant kick her out. As the trustees, do we have the legal right to get her out? She's never paid rent and we paid her other bills in good faith so she could get back on her feet. There is no lease.help!

I am not sure if anything can be done . My son who is 26 yrs old had his jaw broken, it was broken to two places and it was also dislocated. He had surgery and had a plate put in. His bit is not even now and he has what we believe is a small sharp bone sticking out where his jaw joins so when he bites this bone digs into the side of his jaw. he has already went to his follow up from the hospital and at that time he asked the Dr why this was with the bone and his bite and the Dr replied I did the best I could. Is there any thing we can do regarding this? did the hospital get the rite DR

My father recently passed. He remarried 8 mos prior to his death. He had a will & a trust. In the trust, he left me & my brother his house which had balance. The will/trust states that his wife can live in the house "rent free" because it was supposed to paid off with the life insurance policy. It doesn't state that she has to pay the house off, but it is implied. However, it does state that she must pay the utilities, maintenance, property taxes, etc. She has yet to file the trust with the county, is giving $ to other beneficiaries & trading in his vehicle for new one. Probate or Trust Atty?
