  • My Mom is disabled, she should be doing physical therapy but she refuses to help herself and wont let us help her, she ignores her health completely and sits around all day drinking and taking her prescription pills and is in and out of the hospital, she's becoming a danger to herself and refuses to see it. what are the laws to putting her into a rehab or nursing home.
  • My Park charged me a $5 per day late fee on unpaid late fees. Is this legal in Arizona? The park applies any payment made to the amount due, thus guaranteeing that any payment made that is less than the entire amount owed will be subject to late fees for the entire time additional money is owed. I believe there are laws preventing that practice for mortgages but I'm unsure about rentals or leases. Shouldn't payments first be applied toward the monthly rent or lease and then any additional payment be applied to late fees? And isn't it illegal to charge interest or fees on late fees?
  • Our duaughter will not let us see our 2 yr old granddaughter. This may sound petty, and it is. It stems from a year ago, when we told her and her husband that they had to move out of our house. They had been living with us For over a year, with no plans to move forward any time soon. They were taking advantage, and their pets and they were destroying our house. They had a new baby, and we took care of her while they worked, and we worked also.. The time came that we had to tell them to go, after our daughter became verbally abusive to me one day. Are their rights for us at all?

Recently there has been parking violations on my fiance's car and said it will be towed.
