I've went to City Hall ask my landlord to fix repairs I've had to move out of the house because the house is making me and my children sick my daughter has already had cancer so I sent my landlord a certified letter asking him to make the repairs I don't get a response or anything and I'm still homeless with my children and now he's selling the house he's not fixing anything what do I do

I rent a home, pay the mortgage payment directly to mortgage company. I found out the actual owner is having all her real property siezed by the government due to money laundering. If she cannot prove home was purchased legally. Since I have been making my monthly payments to a mortgage company for the past 3 years do I have any rights?

Someone set my apartment door on fire when I wasn't at home, so I made a police report and told the apartment manager. She informed me that I am responible for paying for the door even though I wasn't the one set it on fire. Can they make me pay for the door even though I wasn't there and didn't do it?

I rented a mobile home on an acre. The land owner has a management company who signed the lease. collects the rent and does all the repairs. The land owner comes onto the property at will he has two storage sheds behind the house. He also owns the lot next to mine which is empty and refuses to move the storage shed on to it. I have made two complaints to the management company about the land owner about him coming onto the property with out notice. both times the land owner than has a issue with the yard. What can I do to get him to stop coming onto the property at will?

I signed a contract to move into an apartment 6 weeks ago paid all fees and first months rent, I am supposed to move in on June 22, 2019. I received a phone call today telling me the apartment will no be available because the current renter has decided not to move. I have less than two weeks to find alternative housing is this legal?
