My tenants were on a month to month, following the written lease, he gave my husband a 2 1/2 day notice yesterday that they would be leaving and not paying August rent, by law is he suppose to give a 30 day notice?

A few years ago, my father went bankrupt and, because I could not bear to see him homeless, I did everything I could to find an affordable home and allow him to leave in the house with me. Throughout my life, my relationship with my father has not been good and I have put up with it because, well, he is my father. I hope you understand this. It has been 2 years and his verbal abuse and demands have not ceased, they have actually escalated. Would there be any action that can be taken to evict my father from the house?

Under what legal authority does the father (never married) of my 6 year old, who has been deemed unsuitable for joint custody & has yet been able to abide by basic court appointed supervised visitation guidelines, have to continually bring me to court with neglectful parenting allegations, which are always dropped &, coincidentally, decided that he is the perpetrator in each case? I have just gotten a divorce and my exhusband is ordered to pay back money he took from our savings account when we seperated. He says that he does not have the money and will have to make payments. He was awarded our personal property which is paid off. Can I put a lien on this title? He says he is building a home is there any other way of ensuring that I will get my money returned?
