My ex husband has turned me my boyfriend for identity theft to the bank but he changed all my utilities to his name with different account numbers and someone has my information answer it look like I have done all this when it wasn't me he has my old account in his name but I didn't give him permission so who do I talk to who do I get to help us

I have raised my granddaughter since she was born. Her mother gave her to me in 2013 and never came back. She calls sometimes and comes to see her every few months. The baby's father is in prison and has had no contact with the child except for a few cards he has sent over the last 3 years. Can I file for custody due to abandonment?

I have lived and worked in AZ since July 2009. My Ex-wife has not lived in CA. for over 8 years. She is the custodial parent of my 2 boys, one is 19 and the other is 17. I have a child support case in CA and they just garnished my wages and when I called them to transfer my case to AZ. They told me that I couldn't and that they had to transfer it to the custoodial parent's state. Well, I think she lives in Texas, but I have no contact with her or my boys. So, what I need to know is what do I have to do to get my case transfered out of CA. So, that I can do a modify my child support amount.

Friend renting a room from home owner. Can the owner take old trash from the outside bin and put it naxk in the room of the rentee because rentee didn't recycle a few items? Items were still in bag but were old and stunk.

I have a question concerning FBI federal background checks. Is it true that the state only reports arrests to the FBI if there are fingerprints? If I have a dismissed misdemeanor, which did not require my fingerprints or an arrest, will the record be sent to the FBI?

My landlord issued a letter in May, stating that that was my 48 hour notice that she would begin showing my apartment to potential tenants. However, she is stating that she can show it from 12:30-7:30pm every day of the week with that notice. Is that legal?

I had been taken to court for eviction. At court the parks attorney dismissed the case with prejudice. I was told that the management would contact me. Then for the next 6 months they refused every month to take my rent. Now after all that time I want to sell my trailer and the park won't let me remove it and say I have to now pay over 7000 dollars in back rent. Can they do this.

My ex was served by my lawyer with a 30 order to reply or comply, he has not yet made a valid reply thru the courts. Do I receive everything that I asked for? And why would my lawyer be in contact with him and give him an extra week to see what he is going to offer? Is there malpractice suit here as well?
