I am a Tenant At Will and the manager of the ***** is trying to evict me and will not accept my payment. I live at unit 12. I had to move from 5 because the sewer backed up, I was undergoing cancer treatment at the time and could not stay there. It never was fixed. Then management offered me unit 15 so I moved. The bathtub was not properly finished, so they offered me unit 12. We have had bedbugs, which they failed to treat properly. Then they called an exterminator. This apartment also has an rat or squirrel living in the walls and it sounds like a race track in here! Help.

My ex wife (my wife at the time.) 2003 was an arthurized user on my bank account, and she wrote a NSF check. I was issued a warrant for it even though she wrote it and i was unaware. I believe even till this day I have a warrant. Is there a statue of limitations? Or can i be held accountable for her doing the crime.

An employee has quit working for me and has equipment belonging to me. The employee has been paid through his last day worked but demands additional money before he will return my equipment. Is this legal?

My roommate and I have been experience rodents for the past month. Together we removed two rats from our air vents and only the on-site maintenance was resolving the issue for 10 business days before the pest control came. They were to be inspecting once a week and after three weeks we would move to step two. They have not been coming to inspect and now we have rat mites. Our management is not bringing them in to irradiate this issue or clean our air vents. Can we break our lease?

My father in law had a stroke in April of 2013 and has been unable to pay his credit card debts including a home equity line of credit through State Farm. He owns a home here here in Phx but has since been relocated to be with other family members in Napa, Ca. in a group home. He receives his usual SS benefits and a small pension of $120 per month, he is also getting his aid and attendance from the V.A. The problem is this, all of his benefits go to his care and he is unable to pay his credit card debts. Since he is no longer living here we are paying his house payment along with the State Farm home equity line of credit since that is like a second mortgage I believe. My question is how do we keep the house in the family and eliminate his credit card debt? which is probably around $20,000. The house doesn't have any equity in it or if it does, it's not much. Thank You

My ex and I divorced with one child. He owns his own business and put down his estimated income on the child support form. It was signed and finalized as a part of the divorce and he paid child support and 70% of medical bills. We are updating our incomes and he is stating he made less than expected and that, because he was incorrect with his income, I owe him thousands of dollars for the over-payment. Is this accurate? It was he who stated and signed that income amount and because he was wrong, he is stating I owe him for my daughter's medical expenses and child support he paid.

I live in senior apartments In Peoria AZ. My son who is trying to quit using drugs stayed with me for about 2 weeks waiting to go into rehab. A neighbor complained and I spoke with management and they told me that it was not a problem not to worry about it and the after his TB test was completed he needed to be out. About a week later I receive notice that due to excessive grease on my stove (of which there was VERY little of and I have photos to prove this) that if I didn't clean the grease they would terminate my residency and they refered me to AZ revised statute 33-1368 (A). After looking at this statute it has nothing to do with cleaning a grease from my oven or any other kind of upkeep on my residence but with having guests etcetera... they also said I have five days to clean it up or they will issue at termination. Is there anything I can do?

staying with parents temporary and landlord wants me to move out or else my parents get evicted from their home. Im not on the lease just temporarily staying with my parents. I got 3 week and I'll be moving in to my new place. I don't know the laws regarding my situation and i dont have anywhere to go. I can go to shelder but im worried about my dog as well.
