We are in a lease and the owner listed house for sale. Can they post pictures of our belongings on the sites they're advertising the house on? I feel violated and fear a break in.

I am renting a house and the lease states renters are responsible for "yard maintenance." A storm broke 3 large branches on a tree in the backyard, one of which is laying on the patio canopy. The landlord said "I am responsible for yard maintenance. They will pay for any damages." I believe a tree nearly destroyed by a storm is different than yard maintenance and the landlord should have the branches removed and make the determination as to whether the tree should also be removed. Is it legal for them to force the cost of this clean up and potential tree removal on me?

My 34 year old son is in debt and lives under my roof in a room I provide. I help him financially by gifting him funds from time to time. I do not claim him as a dependent and his finances are segregated from mine. I did not cosign any loan. He has been served and I expect that the court will issue a judgment. I was involved in a very minor collision resulting in minimal vehicle damage & no bodily harm. Accident occurred on a private parking lot which cops would not respond to so there is no reports or documentation of either parties accounts an recollection leading up to accident. Insurance information was exchanged and both parties drove away upon learning no police report would be taken. Months following were an unstable time for me and incident slipped my mind. Until this week even I received a collection letter which to the best of my knowledge is a subrogation notice. With my brief research on this, it's my understanding that I've been deemed at fault. And the insurer of other party has issued a payment covering their damage. Which they are now seeking reimbursement through me. Can I dispute or appeal an how is this done? I firmly believe that the fault is that of the other driver or at least not solely of my own, based on design and layout of parkway's as well as location of impact and damage indicated on both vehicles.

can a judge overturn child support when the parents signed a agreement 3 years ago

I am sending this for my mother. My dad left her his retirement to her but nothing else. She has about $25,000 in credit card debt (they bought a vehicle using a credit card with a 2% interest)and has an income of about $4,277 including retirement, veterans benefits and ss. Everything was fine until ill health made it impossible for her to live alone. She sold her mobile home, put the $$ in savings and moved into a senior apartment. She has recently moved into a more expensive assisted care living. Her income is enough to pay her rent but we still have to pay her $600 a month credit cards bills that my dad left her with. She only has about $1,100 in saving so either she files for bankrupcy or she just doesn't pay her credits cards anymore. She does use her credit cards so bad credit will not hurt her. I am sure that her current living location will not kick her out as long as she is paying her rent. What will happen if she doesn't pay her credit card bills anymore?
