My partner and father of my 4 children passed away last friday. We are not married together as married for 18 yrs. Day before he passed he fell from very high up. They sent him to dr got shot sent back to work. Next evening he had heart attack and died. Paramedic said get autopsy think it was internal bleeding. We weren't married but for my children what rights do i have?

I have been paying child support for quite a while now. I have moved out of state. I have recently found out I should have questioned paternity because there is a chance he wasn't actually mine. What can I do? I am currently in arrears.

I have custody of my 2 girls. I live in Colorado and their Dad lives in Texas. His last visit he had the girls for 8 weeks over summer. He decided he did not want to return them and got a restraining order against me stating that I did not provide medical and dental care for my children. His support payments just went up. He wants them again in Nov. how do I protect myself so he does not do this all over again.

My niece found out her parents are doing meth and left her home to live with her girlfriends grandmother but her parents forced her to go back home. My niece is 17, has a 3.86 GPA, a job and over 180 hours of volunteer work at the hospital. She has goals to become a photo journalist. She does not need to be in a "meth" environment. My ex wife and I have been divorced for 18 months and it involved two kids. Our divorce decree and final agreement is filed in Rogers County Oklahoma. I now live in Arizona and have since the separation in May of 05.
