  • I have a court date of 4/4/16 to address a Class 2 Misdemeanor at Gilbert Municipal Court. This is in reference to a Landlord (me) Tenant dispute. Tenant claims that I "damaged" Wicker furniture that was apparently left behind as trash when Tenant vacated property. How can I secure legal representation for this case?
  • I had a one year lease. I had a clause put in stating that. At the end of lease we had the option to extend the lease with no rent increase for 6 months if paid in advance. I excercised that right. Gave letter and check(6 months rent). They tried to make me sign a new lease for one year at a large rental increase. I refused. Now my 6 month lease is up in 2 weeks. Recieved letter stating, I owe $600.00 plus late charges for last months rent. I have a contract. They sent me eviction for nonpayment five day letter. What do I do? I have to pay rent what amount?
  • I signed a lease that was marked that we would be provided with a washer and dryer. We move in and there is no washer and dryer available. Landlords said washer and dryer are convenience only. All they are doing is apologizing for it but not providing a washer and dryer. It’s marked on the lease! Can they do that?

  • I live in a 55+ park, on 10/2 The Gas was shut off due to a leak, The master Pipe under my trailer needs repair, I have been told 3 times that it would be fixed and I would have gas. The only thing done is my Meter was removed and the pipe capped off, so everyone else would have Gas, and that took 24 Days. What is a reasonable amount of time for repairs
