  • How do I get my property tax frozen as a senior?
  • I just filed for divorce and filed the proof of service at the central courthouse. My husband and I decided that we will provide the consent decree for divorce, but I was curious about the portion that directs us to pay a response fee. How and when do we pay that? Does he need to submit a response if we are going to do the consent decree for divorce?
  • My recently filed a bar complaint against his public defender because he will not answer his calls, visit him in jail, read his police report, obtain any evidence, listen to his side of the story, speak respectfully to him etc. He is so worried that he is not going to get a fair trial because he doesn't have adequate representation.I can not help him, he needs somebody who will listen to him before trying to force him into accepting a plea. What can he do? He is in 4th ave Jail and has been for 6 months. He is claiming self defense on assault charges.
  • I have been renting this house for 9 months now and within the nine months the sewage lines have backed up bringing feces up through the showers bathtub toilets sinks and in the front yard. Every time I call a send a plumber to flush the system the plumber say it is a palm tree that has been there before I moved in has busted the main sewage line.   • I just appealed Social Security's decision to deny my survivor's benefits,which were denied, again!
