Our divorce was granted 09/26/06. As part of the agreement, I was supposed to pay my husband $35,000 to buy him out of a rental house we co-own with my parents. He refuses to take the money and I am at a loss as to what to do. He now says he wants the house, but has done nothing to procure financing to buy out me and my parents. Do I go to court and petition them to enforce the court order or do I sue him for non-compliance? The property agreement was "not-merged" and I have been advised to sue. How do I do that?

My husband abandoned me knowing i had no means of paying any bills because I am disabled and currently waiting approval of my benefits. Due to my disability, i can not work and therefore i can not pay mrent. I have exhaustrd.all my resources. I am very behind on rent, but I have been making payments towards the past due rent whenever I was able to and these payments were accepted. Now my landlord wants to evict me. He knows i am disabled and waiting for benefits. I was told i couldn't be evicted if my disability was the reason I couldn't pay rent, which is my case. Is this true?

How can I legally kick out family members? I own home they have been staying with more for over a year. Some occasionally contribute to rent but mostly don't. I have asked severe times in past 6 months to love out now I have given a 2 month telling them by September 1st but doesn't look like ahyones making plans and just freeloading and being lazy and I can't take it anymore Mom brother, sister . I started my lease in April of 2008. It expired in April of 2009. It's now December of 2010, I have given a 30 day notice to vacate. Am I responsible for nonpayment of rent within the last 3 months even if I haven't had a valid lease in over a year?

maybe someone can answer me on this I currently renting a 2 bedroom apartment in Bullhead city Arizona, a month ago I found out that my apartment is infested with termites, the landlord or apartment manager responded by sending a maintenance worker to look into it and he was not sure what we're dealing with so he reported back to the office and they send a pest control to look into it and he confirmed that it was termites and they need to call a termite specialist and he came and looked at it said it was a mild case so he went back and told the manager what needs to be done and the estimate but all that was over 3 weeks ago and I heard nothing about since then so I called and the lady who works there did not seem to know whats going on with this so she replied "I will let the manager know and have them call you" well another week passed so I drop buy the office and paid rent and I ask the lady again about and she said the exterminator has not got back to them so now I'm not sure what to do, I personally believe they are giving me the run around and do to the history and incompetence and procrastination of the maintenance service provided since we been living there I am highly concern to the point that I should just bail out of my lease and move somewhere else but the problem with that is I cannot afford to when I'm providing for my kids so I am thinking i should seek some legal council on the situation

My son purchased a home for me. I have lived in it for 16 months. Now he wants me out of the house. Everyone knows the House was given to me. My other son lives with me. When he closed on the Home he put it in an LLC. Not sure if my name is on the LLC or not. I honestly did not think about it at time of closing. It’s a townhome in Scottsdale. Prior to signing the current lease I have, I paid the owner directly. I signed a contract with an agent in April and now the owner claims I did not pay for Jan., Feb., or March. Now the agent is adding $2,700 for those three months. Can she add on fees to my current contract if those were fees I paid before signing with her?

Paternity and support. I have been summons that says that I have been named the father of a child. It says that I am hevy summoned and required to appear and defend in the abouve entitled action, in superior court within twenty days to respond. I went to the required class that they talk about but, I have no idea what to do from here?
