The mother left me off of the birth certificate and now I would like to petition for a paternity test and look into getting parenting time. I was wondering what documents I would need to file at the court and if a trial, where she and I were both in a courtroom in front of a judge, was imminent, or if the court would bring us both in to a judge in an office to discuss things. If we were brought into an office would lawyers be allowed or strictly she and I? Also, what if I file a parenting time petition and the mother does not agree to it? Could the judge agree to it without her consent or?

The child support payments I pay are garnished through my employer. The monies are paid to a gov't clearing house agency in Phoenix. When I changed jobs and wages began garnishment (eventually) the amount that was garnished was incorrect. I didn't realize and had no part in setting up the garnishment. Now I am being sued for arrears. Who is responsible for submitting the correct garnishment calculations? The court order clearly states the monthly amount to be paid.

I never signed a lease when I moved in to my current home in Scottsdale. I did, however, give a 'last months' rent as a deposit. How much notice is required by law prior to move out, and am I able to recover the balance if I gave a notice on the 10th of the month, had already paid that month's rent in full, and would like to receive the full 'last month's rent deposit back?.

My neighbors water heater recently needed to be replaced. The property manager was notified but the building maintenance man was out sick. It took over a week to replace the unit and complete repairs. During the time of the unit being damaged, and up to it's replacement, the cost of electricity used to power it went through the roof. Mt neighbor's electric bill overages during the two month period of the unit failing to work properly and then breaking down beyond repair, totalled $415.66. Is it the landlord's responsibility to reimburse the tenant for the cost of the electrical overages?
