  • MY GIRLS & I LIVE IN A MOLBTE HOME IN A PARK , THERE IS BLACK MOLD IN THE WALLS & WATER STANS THU OUT THE PLACE , THE THING IS WE HAVE NO HEATER OR A/C WHAT WE HAVE WILL NOT WORK TO WELL . THE BRAKERS WILL KICK OFF AFTER A FEW HRS. WE ETHER ICE COLD WINTER TIME OR DONE IN BY THE HEAT WHEN TEMP OVER 103 ,I PAY SPACE RENT & ELC. THE OLD MAN LIVES WITH HIS MOM PAYS NO RENT TO HER & HAS PAY MORAGE ON THE MOLIBLE HOME. WHERE DO I STAND WHEN GETTING HIM TO FIX THE PLACE
  • I am noticably disabled and live in a crime free.multi housing complex. There are several tenants who have either used a sharpie to change the expiration on their placards, have expired placards, or who simply park in the few disabled spots available. I have made the manager aware of these continual incidents, and was told that if they had any kind of placard or plate;(regardless of it's status), that the apartment management had no recourse. Is this accurate? If not, what can I do to see that this ADA accomadation is enforced properly?

  • A TPO was filed on me. The petitioner tried to contact me many times after filing. Sending me texts like "Please cum sleep with me". The judge still extended the order for 12 months. I posted a web site giving an editorial of my experience. The petitioner got a warrant & I was charged with Aggravated Stalking in a different county than the TPO was filed. Can a web site be considered contact?
  • My father has cancer and I had submited an FMLA with my employer. They had approved the FMLA. I was required to submit my hours of FMLA used to HR. I have no problem submitting the hours of FMLA used but my problem is when other employees who are on FMLA is not submitting the hours weekly and was not being tracked like I am, shouldnt that fall under Discrimination under FMLA? I think that most of the HR personnel are only there to help the employer but not the employees.Dept labor should enforce that the HR employees should come from a 3rd party that will ensure everyone is treated fairly.
