  • We own an R.V. and have it parked in an R.V. park. The owners just sold the park and we would like to know if we are told to move, do they have to give written notice to vacate and how many days do we have to do so?

She wanted him to pay child support that she decided without him signing the birth certificate and without a paternity test. He desperately wants to see if she is the father but she refuses to participate. Is there any legal way to force her to cooperate? Is he legally obligated to pay child support without being on the birth certificate if it is her fault he is not able to see the child?
  • We live in Tucson, AZ, and my husband is going to file a divorce paper. We married in South Lake Tahoe, Ca. We have been married for 23 years. We both are not working, but he has a girlfriend during our marriage and she is working.  My question is he told me he doesn't need to pay me his social security or any spousal support due to he doesn't work. Also since he bought the house before our marriage which we are living now. In my marriage, this house all the repair, utility, property tax are from our joint account. Now he told me I have no right to this house. It is true what he told me.  
  • Every year during monsoon season, my lot I rent is under 8 inches of water to include my AC, 2 sheds and part of my mobile home. Even though renting a sump pump would have easily resolved the issue, they refused to help. Now I have wood rot to both sheds and one support pillar sank. I'm unsure about any AC damage. Aren't they responsible for repairing the damage?
