My stepson, 17 has been convicted in juvenile court of theft. He damaged property and the owners are filing for 6K restitution. His mom has full custody and she works. His dad is disabled and a am unemployed...we cannot afford restitution. We also cannot afford an attorney. Can the 17 year old be ordered to work off the restitution? my wife asked me to leave the house 9 months ago. We now live in 2 different counties. She is very controlling of the time that i can spend with my daughter. When looking for a roommate, can I advertise "male only" so that the shared bathroom is used by only males. A female sharing a bathroom with a male could cause discomfort for the existing roommate. Is sexual discrimination illegal in Arizona for roommate situations?
