How do I file for divorce when domestic violence is cause for the divorce?

My home which is worth 230,000 was sold in a trustee sale for 12,753.85. I found out the 1st trustee has the same last name as the company president of the company that bought the property. Before the sale a substitute trustee took over. I believe this sale was done with an Irregularity in conduct and an Inadequate sales price. What recourse do I have. Time is of the essence. No money for an attorney. Thanks

Does it matter which of the court locations I submit a forcible detainer too? The house is in Chandler, but I live in Scottsdale. Can I collect a special daily fee on the eviction notice that is not on the lease agreement? How is the tenant served the complaint? Is the landlord responsible for that?

I am currently expecting a baby. The father of my baby left me when I was 7 months, but has stated he wants to be in the baby's life. He is a habitual marijuana smoker, heavy drinker, and the people he surrounds himself with are not the kind of influences I want around my child. He moved in with his mom, who keeps a very dirty house and has been in and out of the hospital with MRSA for the last couple of years. I do not feel like he can provde a safe and stable environment for my daughter. He believes he will get joint custody. What actions do I need to take to ensure this does not happen?

My boyfriend & I moved in together. Well he left 10 days ago & yesterday he came & got some stuff, I messaged him to see if he was coming back for anything else well I got no response then This morning he semt a text to the landlord & told him he had moved out & actually he had been gone for awhile!! So if he comes back can I tell him to go & the stuff is mine since he told the landlord he moved out?

What do I do if I want to just remove (expunge) a misdemeanor off my record? Who do I call? How much is it? Is there such a thing to do?

I filed for ch. 7 bankruptcy and my debts were discharged on June 2011. To this date I'm badly behind on my house payments, and my lender offers me a reduced monthly payment of $350. The problem is that my lender does not want to make any promises in writing and does not give me straight answers on what happens if I keep my end of the deal. I'm affraid my lender will simply foreclose when it may fit its interest, disregard of my needs. Also, it is wise to enter into any deals post bankruptcy if my debts are discharded already and thus, uncollectable? Thanks!

I moved out of a house that i had rented for over a year. by the landlord that he wished i could stay but understood. I was to know about a new position before the end of May. When it got close i called him and he stated it was ok for me to stay and i could pay half a month at a time. I have returned all keys and sent certified letter as deposit had not been returned. I have heard nothing from him. What is my next step to get the deposit back.

My ex wife and I have been divorced for 18 months and it involved two kids. Our divorce decree and final agreement is filed in Rogers County Oklahoma. I now live in Arizona and have since the separation in May of 05. This summer my son came to visit and he has been asking his mom if he could live here and she gave me written and verbal permission that he could and now he has been here for 3 months with the agreement that we would modify the final agreement and child support. He is enrolled in school and school activities and after school activities and is doing very well. She is now wanting him to come back to Oklahoma and I want to file documents to keep her from doing this........can I do it here in Arizona or does he have to be here for a certain amount of time? My girlfriend has a teenage daughter with no father listed on her birth certificate however both the child and the mother know the father and he is present in his daughters life. My girlfriend and I have discussed this matter and we are interested in me adopting her daughter to allow me to fully provide and care for her. what is the process to make this happen?
