  • My question is directed at the lemon law. My vehicle manufacture has agreed to buy back my vehicle after several unsuccessful repair attempts. They did a mileage use deduction on their offer and I am trying to find out what the formulation is for the figure they gave me. I have chekced the ARS and can not find it in title 44.
  • I have received a 14/30 day letter to fix an electrical issue which I am trying to address. I am also trying to sell my mobile home. There is now a broken sewer line that runs under my home which is part of the park infrastructure. They are refusing to fix and said they would fix it I sell my home. No prudent buyer wants a home with now water/sewer. What do I do?

I believe the sale of my house was illegal since I was never notified..Is this true, if I am never given the opportunity to save my house which are required by law and can I do anything about it now that it's been sold?

He has no intention of keeping the house and we have another 6 months to our lease. I have npt signed to renew and placed 30 day notice prior to renewal. The management is refusing to remove me from the lease and says they do not need my signature to keep me on it indefinitely. I would like to know what I have to do to leave the lease immediately. I am sending a certified mail to inform them to remove me from lease and my intention to leave.
  • My landlord agreed to accept my late payment however when I notified him my air conditioner wasn't working he refused to fix and demanded I pay additional late fees if I wanted it fixed then I had a week or so to move. I haven't paid the rent due to my fear of being evicted after paying leaving me w nothing. My roof has a hole in it repaired 4 times that leaks w black mold. He's aware of all w pics and messages stating he won't fix air until he's paid. Can he do that?

Also, 14 days since both days has passed and I'd like to file a claim in Small Claims Court but I moved out of state.
