Do I need an attorney to represent me in court for visitation time with my 10 year old son?

My ex wife and I have been divorced for 18 months and it involved two kids. Our divorce decree and final agreement is filed in Rogers County Oklahoma. I now live in Arizona and have since the separation in May of 05. This summer my son came to visit and he has been asking his mom if he could live here and she gave me written and verbal permission that he could and now he has been here for 3 months with the agreement that we would modify the final agreement and child support. He is enrolled in school and school activities and after school activities and is doing very well. She is now wanting him to come back to Oklahoma and I want to file documents to keep her from doing this........can I do it here in Arizona or does he have to be here for a certain amount of time? Where can I go to get more info on the net?

My daughter conceived out of wedlock. Lived together the entire pregnancy, & was there for her birth. No doubt that I am biological father, however, my mother advised me not to sign the birth certificate & I didn't sadly. Baby was 14 months old when my EX developed drug & alcohol problem. As a result to this she was arrested & charged with domestic violence. A month after, she decided to move move with my baby from Phx to PineTop, AZ & has kept my her from me. Baby is 3yrs old now & her mom decided to move to CA. How can I get rights as a father? Can I get shared custody? Help Please!

I have had 50/50 shared everything (court ordered) with my ex for 6 years . He just moved to Florida with only a week and a half notice leaving our daughter with me. Nothing was filed when he left. Can I file that he abandoned our child and seek full custody? what would be the first step?

how to evict an adult child

I have had my grandson since March 28,2007 right when my daughter got out of the hospital from having him. I have papers wrote up by her signed by her and myself saying he lives with me it is notarized as well. He is on my insurance i do all his school paperwork. She picked him up for a visit he didn't want to go but she told him if he don't she will have the cop's put me in jail!!! Now she is refusing to give him back to me!!! Is there anything i can do to bring him home right now!!!!

My son is 5 years old, his father is on the birth certificate. He has never lived with the father, he went to prison 2 weeks after he was born and has been in and out since then, What legal rights does he have?? And what would I need to do to gain soul custody? I have no contact with him.

My apartment needs repairs I put in the work order online they mark it as complete but it Dosent get fixed nothing does and I have taken pictures of the problem and have spoken with maintenance now I have mold in my complex and the repairs are still not done it's been months I have to keep putting in the same work orders again and again can I get out of my lease

I am in grad school for nurse anesthesia and am contemplating divorce due to husbands repetitive habits. My question is..do I start the divorce now and risk financial hardship while in school or wait until graduate in one year with a salary of $150,000? thanks so much
