My son was placed in guardianship approximately 5 yrs ago. recently he (16) has expressed desire to return to living with me as he no longer feels safe or wanted at grandmas who has guardianship. He has threatened to run away many times. Frequently asks me to get him away from there as he is told almost daily that he needs them, they don't need him or that he will be sent to fostercare if he keeps on going way he is. Also that he will never be able to return to live with me again. (my rights were not terminated). What do I need to do to end the guardianship so he can come back to live with me?

I submitted an application to Community Legal Services, yesterday, for Cody Mohr. What is the next step? I attempted to call the Central office today. I was on hold and had only one person ahead of me, then the hour passed and they hung up, as they stated they would. I can try again tomorrow. Should Cody and I go down to their office. Would he be able to find out when he might get to talk to someone about free legal help? Please advise. Cody's daughter is very bright should not have been held back in 1st grade. Peyton told me that she falls asleep at school. Dad-Cody Mohr 6029922914

I have a month to month lease agreement. This is a room rental in my home that I reside in as well. The lease agreement was basic. The issue is he got involved in drugs. In less then one months time he lost the house keys and both times told me I needed to change the locks. This past time he was arrested and ended up in jail. He voluntarily went into a sober home. I did not offer to give him a replacement key nor denied him access. Just timing and events. He did ask after therapy if he could like with me again. I told him no. I did offer to wash clothes and bring to him. Can he sue me

I live in apartments and the management is trying to back charge us an increased city tax rate of 2.9% for the past month and going forward. I know the rate is subject to change, but don't they have to give us a 30 day written notice of the change and rent increase? The residential rate here in Glendale is 2.2%, are they legally even able to enforce the higher rate without a tax increase? What kind of actions can I and other residents take?
