  • I own a mobile home and rent a lot. I recieved an immediate eviction notice due to criminal acts. My 7 year old son was playing and broke a window on a vacant trailor owned by the park. we did not know until the eviction came. he is the only biracial child gets blamed for EVERYTHING. there is a boy a few doors down who purposely broke out windows on two trailors and set fire to the park grass and he's still here. there are other kids who have vadalized etc and they are still here. where do we go from here? is this discrimination?

This is a new Mgr.. and previous Mgr. never charged me for being just one month late .. I dont even pay rent and he charged me over 800.00 for bill and fees Thanks to my son he came and saved me from being homeless.
  • We moved in our home and we were charged a deposit of 1100 and last months rent of 1100 we had an agency pay our last months rent I understand my landlord has 14 days to pay us the deposit back but when does she pay the last months rent back considering it's already been paid?
  • i was putting tires in tire ben at discount tire when the cops pulled up and said i was stealing tires and arrested me for third degree burg. that was two years ago . i had no tires in my truck the dopor to the tire ben was open . put the cop said she saw men putting tires in my truck . do the cops have engouh to convict me on just what the cop said
