should the state appoint me a public defender in my case? i was in a car accident in my own front yard and was arrested 2 days later. the judge released me on no probable cause and was dropped the next day. a month later the municipal court sent a letter saying i have all these charges. plead not guilty and to trial. the judge then told me i had to repersent myself and i wasnt getting a public defender. my charges are aggravated assualt w/deadly weapon(2), reckless driving, disorderly conduct, and domestic violence what should i do

I have received a three day notice on the 6 of this month and on the 17 of this month. I tried to give my landlord the rent money, and I've tried calling her. She did not respond. So, I went down to the court house and I paid my rent there. What do I have to do I do next.

My father has cancer and I had submited an FMLA with my employer. They had approved the FMLA. I was required to submit my hours of FMLA used to HR. I have no problem submitting the hours of FMLA used but my problem is when other employees who are on FMLA is not submitting the hours weekly and was not being tracked like I am, shouldnt that fall under Discrimination under FMLA? I think that most of the HR personnel are only there to help the employer but not the employees.Dept labor should enforce that the HR employees should come from a 3rd party that will ensure everyone is treated fairly.

I was first living with my friend I toke care of then he passed away with out a will now the ex wife is trying to claim the house that's an other story but first they ask for me to stay and continual to make sure the house doesn't get forfeited to the police fine i did so after I ran into some issue on my ssi they know i didn't have any funds so now they wanted me out they were going to sell the house I had no way to move anything she did not evict me she toke my srp box I had no electiric I left for a couple of days to find out what I do I was told to call the police I did and got kicked o

The mother of my grandson was asked to leave her parents home because of drugs. They told her that she could leave her two sons their or take them with her and she chose to leave them there.
