My husband was apprehended from ice. And now was charged with reentry. He is sent for removal. How can I stop the removal so he can stay here. And what forms will I need to fill out. My husband has been here for 15years has 5 children went to school here and has all his immediate family here.he also has criminal trespass from 2011 and a marijuana violation from 2007 on his record also this recent one reentry charge.what can I do for him to stop removal and get permission for him to be here legally?????

My father passed away in Sept. He left no will. He has a lien on a condo for 75k, had paid almost 30k. Lots of Credit Card bills, maybe 30k. I am 3rd child, 2 older, 3 younger. I will be taking over Condo. I am on death certificate too. Am I responsible for any of the bills? I have started probate process in Pima County by filling out Affidavit of Succession to Real Prop, is this correct? I was told ALL my siblings need to sign n notarize? Correct? And on this form, am I the Affiant, or is that each of my siblings filling out the form? 5. The interest of the decedent in the property is _______, who, me? 9. Which do I choose there? We rented a property in San Tan Valley. We went through a rental property company. Do I take them to small claims for not getting all deposit back or the owners? I also need to know what county. The house is in one county and the rental management in another. They are charging us for one palm and two small plants to be replaced. Nothing else died.

my fiance lives with his mother in there home they have been renting for a little over 8 years now. he was currently incarcerated, given 3 months in jail. while in custody his mother unexpectedly passed away in the home.I am the only one given by the two sons next of kin a power of attorney to have access to the home. the property manager has gone in and let the aunt take things then changed the locks so i had no access to the home.I spoke to him about paying rent in which he agreed to take payments for a months rent he has taken partial payment and now will not allow me access inside.help me!

It is very difficult to get things paid for through the court-appointed fiduiary and I don't plan on moving back to detroit. What steps do I need to take to regain the conservatorship?

I've been married for over 7 years I did an annulment but Tucson courts are saying its invalid because we have been married longer then 90 days and I was supposed to do a dirvoce not an annulment. Need someone to let me know if I am legally annulled or do I need to reapply and do a divorce.
