Can the lawyer for the birth mother, force the guardians to give her visitations? She signed the guardianship paper that states, "I understand that I shall not have any right or claim to control or custody of such child or property." We have a guardianship hearing on Oct. 23, 2019.

we ,my mom me and sister live in a mobile park that came under new management as of resent. we payed $25.000 dollars for a 99 year lease. the new owner has ran most out and is now trying to close the park.... she put a sighn on the front of the park with closer date. there has been no paperwork served to any residents on why or who gives her the right to cancel a payed for lease {without any reinbursement} how can i stop the madness and injustice being brought-on bye her. what legal paperwork court judgement or anyother documents does she have to provide.

I own a trailer but rent the space from the mobile park home. the main water meter broke and they charge me for the water that was flooding the of the rest space. Which I sent the money into them. Now they sent the money back to me. They are refusing to take that payment for my rent because the yard where they dug up to fix the parks water meter and there's some weeds in the front yard are they able to refuse to take my rent?
