My mother lives in Phoenix and has Title 14 Guardianship of our 6 year old nephew. She wants to transfer it to us in Texas. The child's mother agrees with the plan and will give consent. I believe ARS 8-874 applies here. Where do we find the paperwork to motion for appointment of a successor and affidavit (assuming this is the correct path to take).

I have three daughters 7,5 and 2 they was born in AZ. Me and the mother of my kids split up 2 years ago and I moved back home to WV last year. I am leasing a house threw a management company and found out that the house is in foreclosure and an auction date has already been set. The way I found out is the attorney for the lender posted the notice on our door not by the management company. I had to let them know. Am I still suppose to pay them the lease payment?

My property manager who does Not have a real estate license in AZ. has given me a 30 day notice and claims it came from the owner but she refuses to give me any number or way to speak to the owner about what is going on.
