I allowed myself to be manipulated to sign an agreement for matchmaking service at 9 at night. The next morning I realized I could not affort it and I wrote a letter to cancel it (via e mail). They responded so I know they received it. The fine print on the contract I signed states the letter must be certified. My understanding is that certified simply ensures the recipient receives the letter. They did respond to e mail. Now, they are stating that they are suing me for the full amount and that I also signed that I must pay all legal fees. Do have any rights here? It has been 2 weeks. Thankyou
